[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] The writ petition has been filed for Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the pension, terminal benefits and other retirement benefits payable to the petitioner along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from 01.02.2019 pursuant to the retirement of the petitioner on 31.01.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the respondents are withholding the retiral benefits, namely, pension, terminal benefits and other retirement benefits payable to the petitioner for verification of the community certificate, this writ petition has been filed seeking the above prayer. Now the community certificate was verified and found to be genuine and that the terminal benefits of the petitioner were also disbursed by the respondents.

3.Since the pension, terminal benefits and other retirement benefits payable to the petitioner have been disbursed by the respondents, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, W.M.P. No.21323 of 2019 is closed. No costs.
