O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the property pertaining to the petitioner in S.F.No.345/2A, Kadambadi Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore in accordance with law considering the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2021.

2. The summons issued by the third respondent on 09.11.2021 reveals that, the representation submitted by the petitioner on 12.08.2021 was taken on file in Na.Ka.No.4014/2021/A2 by the third respondent and the third respondent issued notice to the petitioner on 09.11.2021 for enquiry to be held on 23.11.2021.

3. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent on 23.11.2021. On his appearance, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after giving him opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.No.23686 of 2021 is closed.
