ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the Subordinate Judge, Tirupattur, Vellore, to dispose of the appeal in AS No.16 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard, Mr.PA. Sudesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged about 55 years and prayed for the speedy disposal of AS No.16 of 2023, which was filed in the year 2023.

4. Considering that the case has been pending since the year 2023, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is allowed. No costs.

6. However, till the disposal of the appeal Proceedings, all further proceedings in E.P. No.2 of 2009, pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Tirupattur, shall remain stayed.

7. Accordingly, the Executing Court is directed not to proceed further with E.P.No.2 of 2009, until the appeal is finally disposed of. 15-06-2026 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes rri
