O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent herein to give permission for necessary police protection for conducting Lord Perumal Swamy Thiruvizha at Middle Street, Agharam, Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District on 03.08.2019 based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2019 in accordance with law.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Lord Perumal Swamy Thiruvizha is being conducted on 03.08.2019, at Middle Street, Agharam, Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District. The petitioner had given a representation dated 14.07.2019 to the respondent seeking for permission and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the present petition has been filed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner will have to abide by the conditions that are imposed by the respondent police, while conducting the procession.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent to grant permission and adequate police protection to celebrate the Lord Perumal Swamy Thiruvizha at Middle Street, Agharam, Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District , on 03.08.2019, between 09.00 a.m., to 05.00 p.m.
5. It is made clear that the respondent police is at liberty to impose any conditions to ensure the peaceful conduct of the Temple festival and the petitioner is bound to comply with the same.
6. Accordingly, the Criminal Original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
