PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the official respondents herein to take action based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2021 and the petitioner's consequential reminder on 29.09.2021 and demolishing the unauthorized construction of building at Door No.7, New No.15, Survey No.129, Karunambigai Colony, Velacherry, Chennai 600 042, further to take action against Mr.K.Vinoth Kumar, who had broke open the sealed and closed doors along with officials who helped him in the illegal act.
