CR.NO.12 OF 2017 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extent the time granted in the anticipatory bail order dated 22.11.2017 in Crl.O.P.No.23442 of 2017, by another two weeks.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SELVAKUMAR Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Time granted by this Court to comply with the conditions, vide order dated 22.11.2017 passed in Crl.O.P.No.23442 of 2017, is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on condition that the petitioner shall pay the cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the concerned Taluk Legal Service Authorities, before execution of sureties and the petitioner shall comply the conditions imposed by this Court.
