This amendment petition is filed due to the inadvertent mistake. There is some error committed in mentioning of Section. This revision petition is filed under Section 25(1) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960. Instead of typing Section 25(1) of Tamil Nadu Building (Lease and Rent Control) Act, it was wrongly mentioned as Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Therefore this amendment petition is preferred.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing this petition. For the reasons stated in the amendment petition the amendment petition is allowed.

3.
