3. It is brought to the notice of this cour that as against the very same judgment and decree, the respondents have also filed an appeal in A.S.No.254 of 2021 and the same is pending.

4. Further, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, the delay is condoned.
