(Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN, J.) When the matter came up hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, had placed before this Court a copy of the letter, dated 26.01.2016, submitted by the petitioner, to the 2nd respondent herein, stating that he is withdrawing the complaint preferred by him, on 21.01.2016.
In such circumstances, we find no further orders are necessary to be passed in this petition.
