This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 714 days in filing the Appeal against the acquittal judgment passed in Sessions Case No.1 of 2015, dated 01.02.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.U.Kathiravan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to take the Appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order.
