ORDER

This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondents viz., (I) R.Arumugam and (ii) M/s.TAAS Properties Pvt. Limited, represented by its Director T.K.Mohamed Shagee as the respondents in Crl.RC.953 of 2026.

2. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.

3. Accordingly, the proposed respondent viz.,(i) R.Arumugam and (ii) M/s.TAAS Properties Pvt. Limited, represented by its Director T.K.Mohamed

Shagee are impleaded as 3rd and 4th respondent respectively in Crl.RC.953 of 2026.

4. Office is directed to carry out necessary impleadment of respondents 3 and 4 in the Criminal Revision during the course of the day.

5. Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondents through court by RPAD. Steps to be taken within one week from today. Private notice is also permitted.

6. After receipt of notice, the respondents 3 and 4 may file counter affidavit within three weeks. Mr.M.Dinesh, learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for R1 and R2 is also granted same time to file counter affidavit. Two weeks thereafter, is allowed to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder.

7. Put up this case on 18.08.2026 for final hearing before the appropriate Bench.
