This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members by interfering with the civil disputes.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. On a complaint given by one Palanisamy, petition enquiry in CSR No.299 of 2016 is pending and on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry in CSR No.300 of 2016 is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.

With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
