ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court dated 13.09.2021 made in W.P.No.19094 of 2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that the amount due to the petitioner has been paid.

3.On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that with regard to the sum of Rs.11,050/- towards ERBS under the Employees Retirement Benefit Scheme, there is substantial compliance.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner has also received the payment, I am inclined to close this contempt petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
