ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondents for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.17179 of 2021 dated 24.09.2021.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent has filed a Memo indicating that the order has been complied with. He has also given a calculation of the amount paid which stands recorded. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the calculation memo filed, it is always open for the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.

3. In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
