COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the Metropolitan Magistrate FTC - II Allikulam (Egmore) at Chennai to dispose the above C.C.Nos.3000 & 3001 of 2018 as expeditious as possible.

COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to direct the Metropolitan Magistrate FTC - II Allikulam (Egmore) at Chennai to dispose the above C.C.Nos.3000 & 3001 of 2018 respectively as expeditious as possible.
2.In continuation to the earlier order passed by this court dated 11.11.2021, a report has been received from the Fast Track Court - II, Egmore, Allikulam Complex, Chennai along with the A - Diary extract.
3. It is seen that, this Court is satisfied with the explanation given by the concerned Magistrate and the allegations made against the concerned Magistrate is not proper and contrary. Further, the Fast Track Court is already over burdened by having 6509 calendar cases and 5000 unnumbered cases pending. Further, the learned Magistrate is willing to dispose of the above case in a speedy manner of course on the cooperation of both the petitioner and the respondent, if either of them failed, it will not be possible for the Trial Court to proceed. In such circumstances, the Trial Court to take cohesive action. The Trial Court is directed to complete the trial preferably within a period of 3 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
months from the date of receipt of a copy this order. 4.With the above directions, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
