This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the Petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders passed in Crl.OP.No.12642/2023 dated 12.06.2023 on the file of this Court.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the case is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.12642/2023 dated 12.06.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on Monday of every week at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
