Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the application dated 19.11.2010, 28.06.2021 and 31.08.2021 and to issue community certificate to the petitioner's children viz. A. Nivetha and A. Sudharson that they belong to Kurumans (ST) Community based upon the community certificate already issued to the petitioner, his blood relatives and State Level Scrutiny Committee report of petitioner's brother's daughter A. Nithya.

(Order of the Court was made by S. VAIDYANATHAN,J.) The writ petition has been filed for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the application dated 19.11.2010, 28.06.2021 and 31.08.2021 and to issue community certificate to the petitioner's children viz. A. Nivetha and A. Sudharson that they belong to Kurumans (ST) Community based upon the community certificate already issued to the petitioner, his blood relatives and State Level Scrutiny Committee report of petitioner's brother's daughter A. Nithya. 2.

Though a larger relief is sought, considering the fact that the applications of the petitioner dated 19.11.2010, 28.06.2021 and 31.08.2021 are pending consideration before the respondent, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the applications of the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

19.11.2010, 28.06.2021 and 31.08.2021 with regard to issuance of community certificate to his children and pass appropriate order, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
