This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate into the matter and to file the final report within stipulated period in Crime No.344 of 2014 pending on the file of respondent.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has been registered in Crime No.344 of 2014 for the offence under Section 435 of IPC and after completing the investigation, the final report has been filed in C.C.No.860 of 2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Coimbatore South, and it was ended in acquittal on 28.06.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
