O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to register a case on the basis of a written complaint dated 19.03.2018 given by the petitioner's brother in law Mr.Uma Shankar in respect of an accident held on 19.03.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.In view of the order passed by this Court in the case of Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., Vs The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan's case (supra).
