This petition has been filed to grant extension of time for the petitioner to comply with the order dated 15.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13137 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3.Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated by the learned counsel, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
