O R D E R

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is for a direction to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner herein on 14.09.2009. 2.The writ petitioner states that he was appointed as Noon Meal Organizer and on account of closure of the School concerned, he was ousted from service. However, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that other similarly placed persons were accommodated in near by schools and the case of the writ petitioner alone was not considered. Though the writ petitioner was engaged in some other school for a short span of time, subsequently, he was not allowed to continue in the post of Noon Meal Organizer. In this regard, the writ petitioner had submitted a representation to the first respondent on 14.09.2009.

3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation along with the order passed in this writ petition.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there is order as to costs.
