2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.733 of 2017 has been completed and a final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam on 22.06.2018 and the same has not been taken on file.

Recording the same, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
