PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the detention of P.Prabhu @ Daber Prabhu, son of Palanisamy, aged about 44 years, under Act 14/1982 vide detention order dated 25.06.2024 on the file of the second respondent made in proceedings in C.No.73/G/IS/2024, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the petitioner's cousin brother name P.Prabhu @ Daber Prabhu, son of Palanisamy, aged about 44 years, who is lodged at Central Prison, Coimbatore.
