The relief has sought for by the petitioner in this case cannot be granted by this Court. The petitioner has to seek for such a relief only before the Civil Court.

2.It is seen from records that already an F.I.R has been registered before the respondent police based on the complaint given by the petitioner and the same is pending from April 2019 onwards.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
