ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to forthwith promote the petitioner as Head Master of Panchayat Union Primary School at A.N.Kandigai Panchayat Union.

2. Heard, Mr.P.Wesley Isaac, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and M/s.M.E.Rani Selvam, Additional Government Pleader, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. During the Pendancy of the writ petition, the second respondent/District Elementary Education Officer, Thiruvallur District, Thiruvallur, has passed the order dated 29.04.2013, in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Na.Ka.No.1469/A5/AA5/2013, promoting the petitioner as Head Master of A.N.Kandigai Panchayat Union Primary School. Accordingly, to that effect, the petitioner also produced the copy of the promotion order. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
