The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the first respondent police on instructions would submit that in Crime No.106 of 2018, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed in C.C.No.82 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Puducherry.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
