Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. imposed on the Petitioners herein in Crl.O.P.No.11526 of 2018 on 20.04.2018 while granting bail to the petitioners in Crime No.89 of 2018 pending on the file of the Respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11526 of 2018 on 20.04.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.11526 of 2018 on 20.04.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.11526 of 2018 on 20.04.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioners will themselves be available, as and when required by the respondent.
