CR.NO. 727 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the bail conditions imposed in order dated 23.5.2018 in Crl.O.P.No. 13524 of 2018, in so far as the condition of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30am. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.E.RAVI CHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13524 of 2018 dated 23.05.2018.

2. This court while granting bail to the petitioners imposed a condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13524 of 2018 dated 23.05.2018 is modified to the effect that the

petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-VI, Coimbatore daily at 10.30.a.m., for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
