The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner through Video Conferencing Mode made a submission that regarding the relief sought for to direct the respondents to accept the payment of extra levy of Rs.1,68,491/- is concerned, the writ petition is infructuous. However, an appeal filed by the petitioner is pending. The petitioner is at liberty to pursue the appeal in the manner known to law.
