Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioners shall appear before the Respondent Police concerned daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in connection with Crl.O.P.No.4512 of 2018 order dated 19.03.2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kachirapalayam Police Station and Villupuram District. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.RAJAVEL Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4512 of 2018 on 19.03.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.4512 of 2018 on 19.03.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.4512 of 2018 on 19.03.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioners will themselves be available, as and when required by the respondent.
