Mr.M.Baskar Standing Counsel COMMON ORDER The writ petition in WP.No.25537 of 2021 is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's application No.2021/0105/02/271087 dated 14.09.2021 and to issue the patta to the petitioner for his property situated in S.No.144/2, Plot No.156, Moogambigai Nagar, Nerkundram Village, Maduravoiyal Taluk measuring to an extent of 1590 sq.ft; the writ petition in W.P.No.25538 of 2021 is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's application No.2021/0105/02/271085 dated 14.09.2021 and to issue the patta to the petitioner for his property situated in S.No.144/2, Plot No.155, Sri Moogambigai Nagar, 11th Street, Nerkundram Village, Maduravoiyal Taluk measuring to an extent of 1599 sq.ft.

; and the writ petition in WP.No.25539 of 2021 is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's application No.2021/0105/02/271084 dated 14.09.2021 and to issue the patta to the petitioner for his property bearing plot No.157, S.No.144/2, 11th Street, Moogambigai Nagar, Nerkundram Village, Maduravoiyal Taluk measuring to an extent of 1590 sq.ft.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petitions, the fifth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the applications of the petitioner dated 14.09.2021 and,

after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, all the writ petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.
