ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2022 and 25.07.2022 made to prevent the digging of soil in the "CHITTERI" situated at Puduthoorkollai Village, T.R.Pattinam, T.R.Pattinam commune, Karaikkal District, Puducherry 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations made by the petitioner dated 20.05.2022 & 25.07.2022, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter party if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
