2020-12-18Honourable Mr Justice D. Krishnakumar,Honourable Mr Justice M.M.Sundresh2 pages

Crl MP No. 8514 of 2020 in H.C.P. No. 2188 of 2020 M.M.SUNDRESH, J.

and D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH.,J) The petitioner seeks extension of leave to the convict on the ground that the treatment is required for the convict to attend to the dental problem which he is suffering.

2.Unfortunately, that is not the reason for which leave was granted. 3.This statement is yet to be verified by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Therefore, we direct the Doctor incharge of the third respondent to examine the convict and if it is required, adequate treatment be given. If the treatment is to be given from outside, then, it is well open to the petitioner to approach this Court for granting of leave. Similarly, it is open to the respondents concerned to consider the leave on that score, if so required.

4.In view of the above, the miscellaneous petition is closed. (M.M.S.,J.) (D.K.K.,J.) 18.12.2020 mmi/ssm https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
