Prayer in W.P.No.21589 of 2023: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to accord approval to the appointment of the petitioner Mrs.M.Jerald Arockia Arul Ruby as B.T.Assistant (Tamil) in the fourth respondent Holy Angels Anglo-Indian Higher Secondary School, 107, Sir Theyagaraya Road, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600 017 w.e.f., 01.06.2020 with all service and monetary benefits.

In W.P.Nos.21584, 21591 & 21593 of 2023 For Petitioner : Ms.A.Arul Mary For Respondents : Mr.P.Baladandayutham for R1 to R4 Special Government Pleader In W.P.No.21589 of 2023 For Petitioner : Ms.A.Arul Mary For Respondents : Mr.P.Baladandayutham for R1 to R3 Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking to direct the official respondents to accord approval to their appointment as P.G.Assistant/B.T.Assistant in their respective aided schools.

2. Since, the facts and circumstances of these cases are identical in nature, these cases are disposed of by way of this Common Order. 3/6

3. It is the grievance of the writ petitioners that they were appointed as P.G.Assistant/B.T.Assistant in their Minority Aided Schools. The Management of the Minority Aided Schools submitted the proposal of approval of the petitioners to the official respondents along with relevant documents, despite such proposal, no orders are forthcoming. Hence, these writ petitions have been filed seeking directions to accord approval to the petitioners.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the official respondents will consider the proposal sent by the respondent aided schools and orders will be passed within a period of one month.

5. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. Considering the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, the respondents are directed to consider the proposals sent by the Management of aided school seeking for approval of the petitioners within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Accordingly, these writ petitions stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
