O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue direction to the First Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of the I.A.No.1804 of 2014 in O.P.No.2477 of 2013 in H.M.O.P.No.2063 of 2014, within a stipulated time.

2. The petitioner is the husband and he filed a petition for dissolution of marriage against the respondent on 05.06.2014. The

respondent/wife filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in HMOP.No.2477 of 2013. During the pendency of these petitions, the petitioner/husband filed an application for visitation right. All these petitions are pending for the past five to six years. Aggrieved over the long pendency, the petitioner/husband came forward with this Civil Revision Petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. This Court, by considering the aforesaid facts of the case, is inclined to issue direction to the learned First Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of the I.A.No.1804 of 2014 in O.P.No.2477 of 2013 in H.M.O.P.No.2063 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
