Thiru. Murugan @ Sriharan, S/o.Vetrivel, aged about 49 years, a life convict, confined in the Central Prison at Vellore before this Court and to provide him proper medical treatment.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is the case of the petitioner that the convict, who is lodged in Central Prison, Vellore has not been given a proper medical treatment and hence this aforesaid petition has been filed.

2. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the medical report which reads as under:

"Medical Report To The Superintendent, Central Prison Vellore, Vellore - 02.

Madam, This is to kindly report that LCT No.12840, Sriharan @ Murugan S/o.Vetrivel, takes regular diet. Presently his health condition is normal. His vitals today are as follows, weight - 53.25kg, pulse rate - 80/min, SPO2 - 99%, BP - 110/70mmHG, Temperature - 96.6° F.

Vellore 30.12.2020 Sd/- Assistant Surgeon, Central Prison Dispensary, Vellore.

3. A copy of the medical report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
