This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to file final report in Crime No.333 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible. 1/4

This Court finds that the FIR in Crime No.333 of 2024 was registered only on 29.06.2024 for offence under Sections 294(b), 353 & 506(i) IPC. Even before lapse of one month, the present petition is filed. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the investigation is taken up and being the complaint in connection with some political rivalry, the investigation to be done. Statement of witnesses are recorded who were present at the time of alleged occurrence.

Taking note of the above fact, this Court finds no reason to direct the respondent police. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
