Learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner had not opted for Special Provident Fund thats why Special Provident Fund is not given. So far as encashment of Earn Leave, it is already been settled.

2. Recording the submissions and the proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 18.12.2021, this Contempt petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to reopen the same, if he has already contributed to the Special Provident Fund.
