The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.06.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 & 29(1) of NDPS Act in Crime No.595 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner has been detained under Goondas Act. Therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
