ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the judgment and decree dated 12.12.2025 passed in O.S.No.205 of 2021 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 22.04.2026 before the second respondent to register the judgment and decree dated 12.12.2025 passed in O.S.No.205 of 2021 by the learned Principal District Judge, Kallakurichi. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr.Dominic S. David, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2026 will be considered within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated

22.04.2026, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
