This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file final report in Crime No.205 of 2014 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR and the fact that the FIR was registered in the year 2014, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.205 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a charge sheet or a closure report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
