ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the relief sought by the petitioners has become infructuous since the case in C.C.No.52 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Virudhachalam has been disposed of on 05.04.2022 and the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 were acquitted. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
