This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in FIR in crime No.37 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Land Grabbing Cell, Coimbatore City, Coimbatore District and quash the same. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the closure report was filed as further action dropped on 15.07.2017 before the Special Court, for Land Grabbing Cases, Coimbatore in R.C.S.No.14 of 2017. 3.In view of the above development, nothing survives in this petition and there shall be a direction to the respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to get back the closure report from the Special Court, for Land Grabbing Cases, Coimbatore and file the same before the Judicial Magistrate - V, Coimbatore.
