This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred challenging the order of the learned VII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai 26.08.2021 made in R.C.A.No.224 of 2017.
2.Today, the matter is listed for hearing under the caption "for reporting settlement".
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner filed an affidavit of undertaking given by the revision petitioner/tenant to vacate the premises, if time is granted till 31.03.2023.
4.Both the petitioner and the respondent are present before this Court. The petitioner confirms the undertaking given in the affidavit and the respondent has also agreed to extend the time till 31.03.2023 for vacating the premises by the petitioner.

5.In view of the above said undertaking, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and the petitioner/tenant is directed to vacate the premises and hand over the same to the respondent/landlord on or before 31.03.2023. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
