This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st Respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal of the Petitioner dated 9.6.2014, within a stipulated time.

Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal of the petitioner dated 9.6.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
