This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records with regard to the order of the third respondent dated 30.8.2013 and quash the same and further direct the third respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct the awareness meeting to be held on 03.09.2013 or any other subsequent dated in Arachalur, Erode District.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In the light of the submissions made by the leaned counsels on either side, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
