The above criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 45 days in filing the criminal revision case.

The respondent has been served. Mr.C. Prabhu, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalath for the respondent and copies from the case bundle have been served on him.

Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection for condoning the delay.

In view of 'No Objection'

expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
