[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed, by the wife of the detenu, namely, Prabhu, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records connected with the detention order of the second respondent, in Memo No.973/BCDFGISSSV/2016, dated 26.08.2016 and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the body and person of the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order of detention passed by the second respondent as against the petitioner dated 26.08.2016 has been revoked by the Government.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
