O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider his representation dated 13.06.2023 and pass orders. 2.According to the petitioner, he is a member of the 3rd respondent Wakf and on enquiry, it came to his knowledge that the 3rd respondent is not registered under Wakf Act. Therefore, he submitted a representation to the 1st respondent on 13.06.2023, requesting him to take steps to register the Wakf and supervise the management of the 3rd respondent Wakf.

3. Mr.Mohammed Fayaz Ali, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1& 2.

4.In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the 2/4

representation of the petitioner dated 13.06.2023 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
