ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Special Court for the exclusive trial of SC and ST Cases, Cuddalore to consider the bail application of the Petitioners on the same day in the event of their surrender in connection with Crime No.409 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd Respondent Police.

2. When the mater came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the charge sheet has already been been filed and the case is taken on file in Special S.C.No.63 of 2025 and Non Bailable Warrant has been issued to the petitioner.

3. In view thereof, granting liberty to the petitioners to file such application for recalling the Non Bailable Warrant, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
